Well, the people translating the manga decided to call him a girl, even though they only use gender neutral pronouns when referring to him in japanese. I guess they figured it would be easier to just give him a gender rather than saying "that person" every time. Uhh... I've gotta say... in around ep 20-ish, he does seem kinda like a girl more. Also, when he's younger he wears something that is definitely a dress. But that's the only time he seems girly. Besides, but in later episodes he wears male formal wear while all the girls wear dresses. And what kind of girl says "I don't know how to talk to girls"? .__.; Yet a majority of people think he's a girl. >_>; Blah.
